Abstract
The article analyzes the clinical features and diagnostic aspects of acute obstructive bronchitis and bronchiolitis in young children. Timely implementation of comprehensive therapy, including improvement of bronchial drainage function, bronchodilator and anti-inflammatory treatment, depending on the clinical presentation of acute obstructive bronchitis, the nosological form, and the age of the children, ensures high treatment efficacy and improves the quality of medical care.
