HARMONY OF ARCHITECTURAL ENVIRONMENTS OF CULTURAL HERITAGE WITH OLD AND NEW FUNCTION

In this article, the Plan of Central Asian cities of the late XIX century, located behind the arc–shaped walls of medieval feudal cities, cities represent a single appearance of a part of the Russian city of a radial –ring type, the planning structure of such cities was formed first in French urban planning using the example of Versailles, and then was returned using the example of St. Petersburg, Washington and a number of other cities “three-ray” it was studied and analyzed that the composition has the form, as a result of which two urban parts with a separate compositional core were formed.
