Abstract
In the context of globalization and the rapid development of knowledge-based economies, international educational cooperation has become a key driver of innovation in higher education. This article explores the role of international educational cooperation in enhancing innovative English language teaching practices in tertiary education. By analyzing theoretical perspectives, international experiences, and collaborative models, the study highlights how cross-border partnerships contribute to curriculum development, pedagogical innovation, professional development of teachers, and the integration of digital technologies.
