Abstract

In this scientific article, the institutional features of the regulation of natural monopolies are studied from a scientific and theoretical point of view. The reasons for the emergence of natural monopolies and the impact on other sectors of the economy are defined. Proposals and recommendations on ways to eliminate the negative characteristics of their impact on the economy have been developed.
