One of the independent participants of civil and family legal relations is a child. It should be noted that the involvement of a child in this type of legal relationship is common. Many theoretical and practical problems arise in the implementation of children's rights. These problems are related to deficiencies in the legislation, different criteria for the approach to the creation of norms in the field of children's rights, diversification of legal regulation, inconsistency between legal norms and law enforcement bodies, problems in the optimal legal system of guaranteeing children's rights.
