Abstract
This thesis explores the role of transparency in overcoming governance challenges faced by Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Transparent governance practices are critical for enhancing organizational effectiveness, building trust with stakeholders, and ensuring accountability in resource allocation. The study examines the impact of transparency on decision-making, resource management, and stakeholder relationships. Furthermore, practical recommendations for implementing transparency in NGOs, such as regular financial reporting, adherence to ethical standards, and open communication, are provided to improve governance practices and achieve organizational goals effectively.
