Abstract
Intellectual Property (IP) rights are essential for fostering creativity, innovation, and economic development. In Uzbekistan, as the country increasingly modernizes and participates in the global economy, managing intellectual property has become a critical concern. The protection of copyrights, trademarks, patents, and industrial designs has the potential to stimulate creativity and attract foreign investment. However, there are significant challenges in the legal infrastructure, awareness, and enforcement of IP laws. This article explores the current state of intellectual property management in Uzbekistan, identifying the challenges and opportunities for growth. By reviewing the legal framework, international partnerships, and case studies, the article proposes strategies for improving IP management in the country, particularly in industries such as technology, arts, and agriculture.
