Abstract
This article analyzes the practical aspects of organizing quality management in enterprises producing building materials. The introduction of international standards in quality assurance, the use of automated control systems, and the role of quality departments in the organizational structure are separately studied. Based on scientific sources, classical and modern approaches are compared, existing problems are analyzed, and practice-oriented recommendations are developed.
