Ways to Improve Management Efficiency of Cement Plants

This article analyzes the issues of improving the efficiency of Management in cement factories. Based on the differences between world experience and the state of local enterprises, such factors as the energy efficiency of production processes, the level of digitization, personnel potential and the use of capacities are studied. Based on comparative analysis with advanced countries such as China and Germany, the existing problems in the cement industry in Uzbekistan are revealed. Recommendations based on innovative technologies, strategic planning, and human capital have also been developed to ensure effective governance.
