Abstract
This article analyzes the issues of developing the methodological competence of Informatics and Information Technology teachers in a digital learning environment. In particular, it highlights the significance of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) concept developed by CAST, as well as virtual collaboration-based teaching models. The results show that UDL principles contribute to the individualization of learning and improvement of educational effectiveness, while virtual collaboration supports teachers’ professional development. The integration of these approaches enables the effective development of teachers’ methodological competence.
