Abstract

This article examines the socio-psychological factors influencing entrepreneurial leadership and analyzes the psychological mechanisms underlying their formation. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data to identify key constructs such as self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and intrinsic motivation. The findings reveal that leadership effectiveness is shaped by the interaction between internal psychological traits and external social environments, including organizational culture and social support. The research highlights mechanisms such as social learning, internalization of norms, and cognitive adaptation as essential processes in leadership development.
