Abstract
In this paper, we investigate limit theorems for critical and subcritical branching processes with immigration. We investigate the classical Yaglom-type conditional limit theorem and establish new asymptotic results under appropriate normalization. The presence of immigration leads to limiting behavior, transforming exponential limits into mote general distributions.
