Abstract
This study addresses the critical issue of enhancing the efficiency of public procurement in Uzbekistan, a significant component of government spending that supports state infrastructure. Despite previous reforms, a knowledge gap persists regarding the optimal strategies for improving procurement processes. Employing a combination of logical, comparative, and analytical methods, the research identifies key factors influencing procurement efficiency, including the qualifications of management personnel and community feedback. Findings reveal that enhancing legal frameworks and standardizing administrative practices can significantly improve procurement outcomes. The implications of this research suggest that adopting innovative technologies and transparent procedures can lead to more effective public spending, ultimately contributing to better governance and improved public services in Uzbekistan.
