Abstract

This article analyzes the regional and territorial characteristics of labor migration. Under the
conditions of globalization and economic integration, migration flows significantly impact not
only national economies but also interregional and international labor markets. The article explores
the main factors, directions, and regional characteristics of labor migration, while assessing its
socio-economic consequences
