Abstract

This thesis examines the influence of leader managers on labor productivity by analyzing key leadership behaviors and their impact on employee engagement, organizational performance, and workplace efficiency. Drawing from contemporary literature and empirical studies, it explores how effective leadership strategies—such as communication, empowerment, and feedback—enhance productivity. The study highlights the role of leader managers in fostering a positive work environment that encourages motivation, job satisfaction, and high performance. A systematic review of research from 2019 to 2023 provides insights into the mechanisms through which leadership influences workforce efficiency. Findings suggest that leader managers who articulate a clear vision, provide constructive feedback, and empower employees contribute significantly to increased labor productivity. Additionally, leadership practices that promote autonomy and a supportive workplace culture are linked to enhanced employee motivation and innovation. The study emphasizes the need for organizations to invest in leadership development programs that strengthen managerial capabilities and improve workforce productivity. These findings have practical implications for businesses seeking to optimize leadership effectiveness, suggesting that well-trained leader managers play a crucial role in driving sustainable organizational success. Future research should explore cross-cultural perspectives and the impact of digital leadership in hybrid work environments.
