Effective Management of Natural Monopoly Enterprises: Economic Approaches and Proposals

This article analyzes the economic mechanism of managing natural monopoly enterprises and puts forward practical proposals for its improvement. In the context of current state policy and economic reforms, the efficiency, tariff policy, cost transparency and corporate governance system of natural monopoly entities operating in strategic sectors such as energy, transport, water supply are studied. Based on scientific and practical analyses, proposals are developed on price formation, investment climate, innovative activity and state-supervisory relations. Based on tables and sources, real statistical data on the sector are analyzed and specific directions for improving the national model are indicated.
