Abstract

In the context of globalization and increasing market competition, service quality management has become one of the most important strategic tools for enterprises seeking sustainable development and competitive advantage. High-quality service not only enhances customer satisfaction but also strengthens brand reputation, customer loyalty, and overall organizational performance. This article examines the theoretical foundations and practical significance of service quality management as a key factor of competitiveness in modern enterprises. The study analyzes major service quality models, identifies the main determinants influencing service quality, and highlights the role of managerial and organizational mechanisms in improving service performance. The results show that effective service quality management contributes significantly to enterprise competitiveness, especially in service-oriented economies.
