Abstract
In the modern business environment, Human Resource Management (HRM) has become a key factor in improving organizational performance and sustainability. This study explores strategic and practical innovations in HRM within three leading enterprises in Uzbekistan. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with HR managers and analysis of internal documents. Results show that digital tools, strategic talent management, and employee engagement programs improved efficiency and aligned workforce goals with business strategies. The study concludes that integrated HR innovations support both competitiveness and organizational resilience.
